Manuscript Assessments
Sometimes a story or poem just isn’t quite there yet. In my experience, the best thing to do is get a fresh pair of eyes to look at it. Throughout my creative writing degree, I assessed fiction, poetry, memoirs and essays. Working with creative writing is my passion. Over the years I have gained many skills to help writers develop their story. I am available for manuscript assessments and structural editing jobs.
Copy-editing and Proofreading
No matter who or what your writing is for, making sure it’s polished and clear is important. I am a thorough and motivated copy-editor. Need help with grammar? I can help you produce a grammatically-correct piece of writing, free from typos and errors. My creative strengths lie in fiction, person essays and poetry. However, I can copy-edit and proofread any style of writing, including university papers. I enjoy working with words in many forms and am determined to make any piece I work on be the best it can be.
I am based in New Zealand, but can easily adapt to US spelling and overseas university style guides.
